Cortnie, an Alabaster native, is a Christ follower, wife, mother to two precious girls (and a cuddly bulldog), shark fanatic, and football junkie. Her background spans from marketing to non-profit and she has been a local real estate agent for several years.
Being in the home industry, she has expanded her love of function, fashion and making homes and businesses run like a well-oiled machine. Her keen eye and ability to never meet a stranger has landed her on the OWL team and we couldn’t be more excited to have her!

A native of Wisconsin, Jess believes that living in a beautifully organized home is essential to attaining peace of mind. She designs spaces where form and function connect to create a harmonious environment that is easy to maintain. Her calm and compassionate demeanor puts her clients at ease as she fashions creatively tailored solutions that work for them.
After living all over the world while her husband served in the US Army, Jess is delighted to call Huntsville home. She is living her best life with her sweet husband, two amazing sons and their dog, Chewy Magoo. A lifelong student, Jess enjoys sewing handbags and quilts, reading on the back patio, and spending time playing games and traversing the outdoors with her family.

Paul Write is a Huntsville native who, from a very early age, took great care to keep his toys and books in order. He has always had an innate ability to know what something is and where it belongs.
Paul considers himself a Practical Organizer, finding the best way to keep everything organized in the most efficient means for their use. He loves knowing that anyone can find anything in the spaces he has organized!
An Auburn graduate with two engineering degrees, Paul was drawn into the family Oriental rug business and has spent 30 years selling heirloom-quality rugs throughout Alabama. He still lives in the Huntsville area with his wife of 25 years and their two beautiful cats.

Elizabeth Story, a Huntsville resident since 2004, has a love for helping people and a passion for organizing. She grew up being taught how to keep spaces neat and tidy, and her desire to guide others through this process has grown over the years.
As someone with ADHD, she is uniquely qualified to help those who may do things a little differently or need extra help with systems of organization. As someone who knows the struggles of object permanence and anxiety in a cluttered home, she is on a mission to declutter homes and destress lives.
She is a wife and mom to a kind, strong spirited daughter, and a dog mom to three spoiled rotten pups. Her interests include, puzzles, board games, gardening, and overall living her best life!

Ashna Patel, a resident of Birmingham, AL, originally from Canada, was born to create a warm and welcoming home for herself and others. She truly believes that a calm mind starts with a calm space that is functional, decluttered, and organized.
You will be able to feel her passion for organization as soon as you meet her. She is extremely hard-working and will not let a session come to an end without making a difference for her client.
As a minimalist, Ashna sees the true beauty of having less. Simplifying your home opens up your mental capacity and she loves sharing her passion for minimalism with others.
In her spare time, Ashna enjoys reading, watching tv, cooking, and of course, organizing her own space!

Lia Brady, a resident of Huntsville, AL, is the owner and one of the professional home organizers at Organize With Lia, LLC out of Birmingham and Huntsville, AL. She is married to her best friend, mom of two beautiful girls and has two sassy cats named Sister Kitty and Lily.
Even as a child, Lia has always had an intense passion for decluttered space, logical furniture layouts and helping friends and family thrive in a well-organized environment. Organizing her godmother’s home was one of her favorite things to do at the age of 11.
After spending 10+ years in corporate America and gaining invaluable insight on how to run a successful business, she decided to take the leap of faith and venture out into her true passion – entrepreneurship and home organizing. Growing an amazing team and being able to help so many precious families love their home again has truly been one of the great blessings in her life. Organizing is what excites her and what she loves to do for others. It’s her way of giving back that gives her something greater in return.

Stacie is a coveted member of our OWL team. She has an eye for organization and design that will make you wonder why she didn’t pursue this passion full time!
A project manager by day, her life revolves around order and keeping everyone on track. As a weekend warrior, she assists in Saturday projects and makes our clients wish they could hire her for weeks at a time!
She lives in Trussville with her husband, daughter and two dogs and enjoys spending time with friends and family, yard sale hopping and Alabama football (Roll Tide!).
