Meet the Team

We are the smiling faces that will help get your life organized!

Lia Brady is the owner and organizing consultant at OWL, lover of all things green, mother, and wife.

Even as a small child, she has always had an intense passion for decluttered space, logical furniture layouts and helping friends and family thrive in a well-organized environment. Organizing her godmother’s home was one of her favorite things to do at the age of 11.

After spending 10+ years in corporate America (and gaining invaluable insight on how to run a successful business) she decided to take the leap of faith and venture out into her true passion. Organizing is what excites her and what she loves to do for others. It’s her way of giving back that gives her something greater in return.

Lia is the proud owner of OWL, LLC out of Birmingham, AL where she lives with her husband, young daughter, and 2 cats.

“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.” Colossians 3:12

Lyndsi, the southern belle, joined the OWL team in 2018 as a pro organizer.

She was a nanny for 10+ years and finally decided to put aside her kid-rearing ways to join the pro organizing world. While keeping the kiddos, she would always find herself organizing and fixing things around her client’s homes, so joining the OWL team just seemed like the perfect fit!

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends at their home in Odenville, AL.

For many years Susan has been the go-to organizer and stager for her friends and family. Having a long-time passion and naturally inclined skill set for making spaces purposeful, she decided to pursue a career in the industry. She has an endearing and meaningful memory of decorating her bedroom as a child. This included transforming bar stools into multi-story Barbie Doll townhouses. In her past lives, Susan was a Restaurateur, Executive Sales Manager, and a Cosmeceutical Sales Rep. When asked about her biggest accomplishment, she’ll gush about her gratitude for the blessing of having raised a good and decent human being. Her son is currently a grad student at the University of Florida’s MBA program.

Susan resides in Birmingham with her husband of twenty-six years and their pack of fur babies. This includes four cats and a “little” 110 lb. dog. Her lifelong platform is animal rescue and advocation.

“No matter how educated, talented, rich, or cool you believe you are, how you treat others ultimately tells all. Integrity is everything.”

Meet Sara! She has always had an immense passion for interior decorating and creates beautiful spaces for our clients.

As a child, she would ask for dollhouses just to decorate them. Throughout the years, this turned into drawing up sketches of functional layouts and rearranging every room in her parents’ home.

She later found that this passion would be molded into the perfect career – where she does what she loves and helps other people love their space.

She lives in Birmingham with her husband and 2 dogs and a cat.

Whitney is our newest addition to OWL. She recently decided to leave corporate America behind to pursue her passion for serving others in the place people cherish the most: HOME. As a realtor and professional organizer, Whitney knows there is more to a home than what meets the eye. She realizes what makes a house a home is the people that live within. She thrives on transforming spaces to help transform minds, giving homeowners the time and energy to focus on what matters most. Her favorite space to organize is the closet, where she gets to put her degree from Auburn University in Apparel Merchandising and Design to good use.

In her personal time, Whitney can be found in her garden, kitchen, or reading a good book. She has a true passion for family, nature and community and is also actively involved in her church.

Meet Miranda! The one that keeps our wheels turning and always answers the phone with a smile on her face.

She loves fishing, family, and all things nerd – which is 1000% why we love her so much!

Miranda lives in Odenville with her husband, precious baby boy, and a sassy cat.
