Lia Brady

Owner / Professional Home Organizer

Lia Brady, a resident of Huntsville, AL, is the owner and one of the professional home organizers at Organize With Lia, LLC out of Birmingham and Huntsville, AL. She is married to her best friend, mom of two beautiful girls and has two sassy cats named Sister Kitty and Lily.

Even as a child, Lia has always had an intense passion for decluttered space, logical furniture layouts and helping friends and family thrive in a well-organized environment. Organizing her godmother’s home was one of her favorite things to do at the age of 11.

After spending 10+ years in corporate America and gaining invaluable insight on how to run a successful business, she decided to take the leap of faith and venture out into her true passion – entrepreneurship and home organizing. Growing an amazing team and being able to help so many precious families love their home again has truly been one of the great blessings in her life. Organizing is what excites her and what she loves to do for others. It’s her way of giving back that gives her something greater in return.

“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.” Colossians 3:12

Ashna Patel

Professional Organizer

Ashna Patel, a resident of Birmingham, AL, originally from Canada, was born to create a warm and welcoming home for herself and others. She truly believes that a calm mind starts with a calm space that is functional, decluttered, and organized.

You will be able to feel her passion for organization as soon as you meet her. She is extremely hard-working and will not let a session come to an end without making a difference for her client.

As a minimalist, Ashna sees the true beauty of having less. Simplifying your home opens up your mental capacity and she loves sharing her passion for minimalism with others.

In her spare time, Ashna enjoys reading, watching tv, cooking, and of course, organizing her own space!

Sandy Wiggins

Professoinal Organizer

Sweet Sandy Wiggins, a resident of Oneonta, grew up with a love of organizing and rearranging spaces in her own home. Her friends and family lovingly refer to her as the “girl scout” of the group because of her knack for keeping things organized and beautified. Her passion for decluttered space and eye catching order landed her a spot on the OWL team.

She is married to her best friend, Dwight, of 27 years and has three wonderful grandchildren to dote on. Sandy loves meeting new people, creating happy spaces for our clients and caring for those closest to her.

We are blessed to have her on the team!

Paul Wright

Professional Organizer

Paul Write is a Huntsville native who, from a very early age, took great care to keep his toys and books in order. He has always had an innate ability to know what something is and where it belongs.

Paul considers himself a Practical Organizer, finding the best way to keep everything organized in the most efficient means for their use. He loves knowing that anyone can find anything in the spaces he has organized!

An Auburn graduate with two engineering degrees, Paul was drawn into the family Oriental rug business and has spent 30 years selling heirloom-quality rugs throughout Alabama. He still lives in the Huntsville area with his wife of 25 years and their two beautiful cats.

Elizabeth Story

Professional Organizer

Elizabeth Story, a Huntsville resident since 2004, has a love for helping people and a passion for organizing. She grew up being taught how to keep spaces neat and tidy, and her desire to guide others through this process has grown over the years.

As someone with ADHD, she is uniquely qualified to help those who may do things a little differently or need extra help with systems of organization. As someone who knows the struggles of object permanence and anxiety in a cluttered home, she is on a mission to declutter homes and destress lives.

She is a wife and mom to a kind, strong spirited daughter, and a dog mom to three spoiled rotten pups. Her interests include, puzzles, board games, gardening, and overall living her best life!

Stacie Lee

Professional Organizer

Stacie is a coveted member of our OWL team. She has an eye for organization and design that will make you wonder why she didn’t pursue this passion full time!

A project manager by day, her life revolves around order and keeping everyone on track. As a weekend warrior, she assists in Saturday projects and makes our clients wish they could hire her for weeks at a time!

She lives in Trussville with her husband, daughter and two dogs and enjoys spending time with friends and family, yard sale hopping and Alabama football (Roll Tide!).

Sandy Mills

Professional Organizer

Sandy Mills, a resident of Trussville, AL believes that true growth and inspiration come from a clean and organized environment. She lovingly walks our clients through the process of understanding new organizing systems and maintaining the structure thereafter.

Sandy has 2 children, a football-loving husband, a dog which is like a third child, and 2 cats. She spends her spare time outside enjoying God’s creation and cheering on her children in their extracurricular activities.

Billiejoe Boeringer

Social Media Guru

Billyjoe Boeringer is a super sweet and bubbly wife and mom from Toney, AL. When she’s not slaying the social media scene, you will probably find her trying to plan another Disney vacation or creating custom Disney stickers for her Etsy shop. She loves all things social media, makeup, Disney, Jesus, and baking, but above all, her family.

Shayla Bennett

Professional Home Organizer

Hailing from cotton blossoms and sweet tea, Shayla Bennett brings engineering tough to professional organizing. She has over 20 years of experience creating order from chaos. Her passion for processes and compassion for people help her implement effective solutions you will love for years to come.

Originally from Birmingham, she has called Huntsville/Madison home since attending the University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH). She leads a family of over 20 cousins and is proud and involved Auntie of almost as many. She loves to dance, read, and spoil others.

Maci Vollenweider

Professional Organizer

Maci is our newest addition to OWL and is excited to bring her love for organizing and decluttering to the team!

She has been an Emergency Department RN for six years now but is ready to service others in a different setting and share her knowledge of professional organizing. She has always loved to see a space transform into an organized system and can see a space’s full potential from the beginning. Being neat and organized comes naturally to her and she is ready to use this talent to help others find the space of their dreams.

Maci is an Auburn Graduate and lives in Birmingham with her husband, daughter, and two dogs.

Carol Beverly

Professional Organizer

After working in advertising, Mrs. Carol Beverly decided to be a stay-at-home mom. She volunteered at her two daughters’ schools, her church, and with local charities. Not surprisingly, the common thread as she helped at these places was overseeing organizing!

She’s tackled storage trailers full of costumes and props and three different churches resource rooms and storage closets. She sorted through van loads of donated items to display and sell at her favorite charities’ thrift stores.

Now as an empty nester, she’s ready to use her love of organizing to help simplify others’ daily lives. She’s been married to her college sweetheart for 35 years and has two rescue pups, Boo and Scout.

Sarah Haynes

Professional Organizer

Sarah Haynes, originally from a small town in West Tennessee, has had the love of organizing since being a small child and found it fun to purge, rearrange, and organize her and her sibling’s rooms, closets, playrooms, and whatever else she could get her hands on. Later, in college, she was able to set up store displays at her retail job and absolutely loved it. Now, she works as a part-time banker and decided to finally put her organizing skills to good use.

She is wife to her best friend and mom to a precious three-year-old. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, shopping, cooking, and spending time with her family.
