The Process

The plan to get you on track to an organized space.


We begin with a scheduled, in-home or virtual walk-through of your home or office and thoroughly examine your situation. We set expectations for how long it will take, while determining the best course of action. The initial consult takes 1 hour and will take a load of stress off your mind knowing that there’s a light at the end of the tunnel. You will receive a verbal quote with an estimate of how long it should take to tackle your project and the plan to consider. We will then tentatively schedule your first organizing session(s).


You will receive a digital request to e-sign OWL’s service agreement and the card information provided on the document will be charged for the agreed-upon organizing plan. Payment in full ensures your session dates are on the calendar. Within 24-hours, you may receive a list of products your organizing consultant saw as an immediate need for.


The next phase is taking action. During your sessions, we will identify what needs to be donated, tossed, or stored and begin organizing the remaining items, creating systems, and building a process that makes sense for your family.


After your sessions, you may receive additional product recommendations from a team member. You will be provided with a shopping list for the following sessions, along with links from various stores. Purchasing is completely at your discretion. We will work around whatever you decide.


And last, but certainly not least, we will work with you to create a simple process for maintaining organization from there on out or set up your monthly maintenance plan for continual care. As you begin to use the tools we leave behind, difficult challenges will become minor details and having a decluttered home or office will be the new norm.
