After submitting a website inquiry, your organizing consultant will reach out via text. You can continue the conversation by text or schedule a phone call – whichever you prefer. We’ll learn more about your routines, goals, and the spaces that aren’t working for you.
Next, you’ll have the option of a complimentary text-based home assessment or an in-home assessment. For a text assessment, we’ll ask you to send photos or videos of your space so we can evaluate your needs. If you prefer an in-home assessment, we’ll schedule a time to meet with you in your space.
We’ll then email you a quick visual guide to gather your organizing product preferences. Using everything we’ve learned, we’ll prepare an estimate outlining the anticipated time, number of organizers needed, and projected costs for both organizing services and products.
Your estimate will be sent by email, and we’ll discuss your availability to schedule your project. This hassle-free process gives you a clear picture of what to expect, what your investment may look like, and the path forward.
You’ll receive a digital request to e-sign OWL’s Service Agreement, along with an invoice through Square to secure your session dates. Single-day sessions, or multiple individual sessions booked without a defined project scope, are paid in full upfront. For larger projects with a defined beginning and end goal and an estimated project range, a 50% initial payment is required. This secures your dates on our calendar and allows our team to begin preparing for your project.
If organizing products are recommended, your consultant will provide a carefully selected list based on your space, needs, and product preferences. You’ll purchase the products directly, giving you complete control over what comes into your home and how much you choose to invest. We never want you to feel pressured to purchase products you don’t want or need. Each recommended item will include a note explaining exactly how and where we plan to use it, so you can make informed decisions before purchasing.
A product sourcing fee applies when you choose to have our team research and curate organizing products for your project.
During your sessions, our organizers will guide you through the decision-making process as needed, helping you determine what to keep, relocate, donate, or let go of without pressure. Once decisions are made, we’ll thoughtfully organize the items you choose to keep and begin creating systems that make sense for your space and the way you actually live.
Rather than simply making a space look organized, we focus on creating functional, easy-to-maintain systems tailored to your home, routines, family, and everyday needs. We’ll consider how often items are used, who needs access to them, and where they naturally belong so everything has a clear and intentional place.
Throughout the process, we’ll incorporate any organizing products you’ve selected, maximize the space available, and make adjustments as the project comes together. Our goal is to leave you with a space that not only looks beautifully organized when we’re finished, but also works better day to day and feels realistic for you to maintain long after we leave.
We’ll finish by walking you through your newly organized space, showing you how each system is intended to function and answering any questions along the way. This is your opportunity to review everything with your organizing team and make any final adjustments so your space feels functional, intuitive, and easy to maintain.
At the conclusion of your final session, we’ll calculate your remaining balance based on the total organizing time used, with your initial payment applied. Your final invoice will be sent electronically through Square, with payment due at the conclusion of your final session.
Life changes, routines shift, and even the best organizing systems may need a little attention over time. Our maintenance plans provide ongoing support to help keep your home organized, functional, and working for your family as your needs evolve.
Whether you need a seasonal reset, help getting things back in order, or adjustments to existing systems, we’re here to help. The goal is to make staying organized feel manageable and realistic – without having to start over every time life gets busy.
