After submitting a website inquiry, your organizing consultant will reach out to you via text. To get started, we’ll ask for photos or videos of your space to assess your needs. From there, we’ll outline the estimated time required, the number of organizers needed, and projected costs for both services and products. This hassle-free consultation provides clarity and peace of mind, helping you see a clear path forward. We’ll also discuss your availability to schedule the project.

theAGREEMENT

You will receive a digital request to e-sign OWL’s service agreement, along with an invoice through Square for 50% of your organizing plan. Single-day organizing plans require full payment upfront. This partial payment secures your session dates on the calendar, ensuring your project is prioritized. If you decide to purchase organizing products, your consultant will provide a list of recommended items based on their initial assessment to help set up your space efficiently.

theONE-ON-ONE

The next phase is taking action. During your sessions, we’ll work through your belongings, making thoughtful decisions about what stays and how to best organize it. We’ll create systems that are practical, easy to maintain, and tailored to your family’s needs, ensuring everything has a place and a purpose.

theSHOPPING LIST

If needed, after each session, your organizer may suggest additional products to enhance your space. You’ll receive a shopping list from Amazon, tailored to your needs for upcoming sessions. Purchasing is entirely up to you, and we’ll adapt to whatever choices you make, ensuring the process stays flexible and aligned with your preferences.

theLONG TERM PLAN

The final installment of your project will be due upon completion. While the systems we’ve established are designed to help you maintain your organized space, we understand that with busy schedules, things can become cluttered again. That’s why we offer maintenance plans to provide continued support. With these systems in place, you’ll experience lasting ease in managing your space, creating a more peaceful, organized environment that fits seamlessly into your daily life.
