After submitting a website inquiry, your organizing consultant will reach out to you via text. To get started, we’ll ask for photos or videos of your space to assess your needs. From there, we’ll outline the estimated time required, the number of organizers needed, and projected costs for both services and products. This hassle-free consultation provides clarity and peace of mind, helping you see a clear path forward. We’ll also discuss your availability to schedule the project.
You’ll receive a digital request to e-sign OWL’s service agreement, along with an invoice through Square for 50% of your organizing plan. Single-day projects require full payment upfront. This initial payment secures your session dates on our calendar and allows us to prepare for your project. If you choose to purchase organizing products, your consultant will provide a list of recommended items based on their assessment of your space.
During your sessions, our organizers will guide you through decision-making as needed, then organize your space using the items you choose to keep. We’ll set up functional, easy-to-maintain systems tailored to your home, routines, and family – so everything has a clear place and your space works better day to day.
We’ll finish by walking you through the space, explaining how each area is intended to function, and answering any questions you may have. This is your opportunity to review the systems in place and make any final adjustments. Your final invoice will reflect the total time used and will be sent after the project is complete.
